Email triage and reply drafting for strata teams

Strata Inbox helps Australian firms using Microsoft 365 organise correspondence and draft replies from their documents. Managers check and approve owner-facing replies.

Before you connect

We’ll walk through your setup with you on a demo: mailbox type, attachments and the document formats your buildings use.

The pictures on this page use fictional buildings and people. They show how the product works, not measured results.

Suggested matches, ready to check

Strata Inbox uses email text and firm records to suggest a building, lot and urgency. Review ambiguous matches and keep your emergency procedures in place. Urgency labels are suggestions, not emergency detection guarantees.

Replies ready to review

A draft is waiting the moment the email lands, written from the building’s documents in your firm’s voice. Beside it, a short note says which passages it used and what it left for you to fill. Read it, change it, approve it.

  • Tell it what to change in a sentence, and a new version appears
  • Review earlier draft versions and the instructions behind them
  • Send an approved reply from your connected mailbox
  • Nothing goes to an owner until a manager approves it

Answers from the building’s own documents

Add each building’s by-laws, minutes and notices. Drafts quote them by clause and page, and can cite nothing else. No invented by-laws, no borrowed rules from another scheme.

Review the source and the conclusion. A relevant passage does not establish who is liable, what a contractor has agreed to do or whether a cost applies.

Every building’s story, read from the minutes

Meeting minutes form a building history that your team can review and correct. Timeline entries and document search serve different purposes. Confirm which records a reply or answer uses, and check the original minutes.

And for the rest of the day

Get your mornings back

We'll run a morning's email through it with sample buildings, so you see the drafts before connecting anything.
