You check what you send
AI-generated replies can be wrong. Owner-facing replies require human approval. Check the building, source, recipients and content before sending. Scheduled summaries are separate from owner replies. Strata Inbox does not give legal advice.
Authority to use information
Use only mailboxes and records your firm is authorised to access and process. Correspondence and documents can contain third-party information and rights.
Data-use, retention and deletion terms remain under review. Disconnecting a mailbox does not establish that stored copies, backups or provider logs have been deleted.
Fair use
Connect only mailboxes your firm is entitled to use, and don't use Strata Inbox to send unsolicited email.
